Included in your monthly rent is the following:

• Pre-assigned Las Vegas phone numbers.
• Live operator to answer your phone, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
• CISCO phone service with call transfer and voice mail capability (long distance calls are an extra cost).
• Weekly mail forwarding for out-of-town tenants, if necessary (tenant pays postage plus 20%).
• Registered agent for service of process.
• License hang.

Available services at an added charge:

• Secretarial service as follows:
  • $25/hr for general secretarial and
  • $35/hr for desktop publishing, flyers, etc.
• Copy machine usage at $0.12 per copy (all sizes).
• Incoming and outgoing fax usage at a cost of $1 per page.
• UPS, Federal Express, and postage at cost plus 20%.
